We are currently recruiting a dedicated Duty Manager to ensure the smooth operation of Chartwells.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the contract efficiently to ensure quality food and beverage services across all areas
• Maintaining positive client relationships
• Planning resources to deliver first-class service
• Managing, recruiting, developing, and training team members
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Achieving financial targets related to income and costs

Our ideal Manager will:

• Have experience in contract catering
• Be skilled in leading and managing teams
• Have a track record of growing sales and retaining clients
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Be a strong leader who motivates teams
• Be adept at liaising with colleagues, clients, and customers at all levels
