Job summary

Rutledge Recruitment and Training is seeking a Catering Manager for a primary school in Omagh. You will lead the kitchen team, oversee meal preparation and service, including breakfast club and lunch provision.

The role involves planning menus, supervising staff, managing stock and budgets, and maintaining food safety standards. A permanent, full-time position with a 33.75-hour week.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in food preparation and cooking or two years of relevant experience.
• Experience supervising or managing a catering team.
• Knowledge of HACCP and allergens handling.
• Experience with stock control, budgets and financial controls.
• Strong organisation and people management skills.
• Willingness to undertake job-related training.
