Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Catering Manager for Jubilee Heights care home in Bury. You will lead the kitchen in a brand-new premises, designing nutritious menus and guiding the catering team from day one.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure food hygiene compliance, and manage budgets while delivering high-quality meals to residents with diverse dietary needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as Catering Manager or in a similar kitchen leadership role.
• Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification preferred.
• Ability to manage a catering budget and supervise a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Prepare, cook and serve food to residents.
• Develop suitable menus for varied dietary needs.
• Ensure food hygiene standards are met and records kept.
