WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items, ensuring all recipes and portion sizes are adhered to.
• Assist the Chef Supervisor/Chef Manager in the preparation of main meals and other hot items.
• Operate the cash till, ensuring all procedures are followed and transactions recorded.
• Check floats for tills and vending machines as requested.
• Assist with the counting and recording of stock and light equipment.
• Refer any customer complaints to the Manager or designated Supervisor immediately.
• Ensure the ingredients of each dish are known prior to the start of service to assist customers with any food allergy queries.
• Prepare food in line with current Food Hygiene and Health & Safety procedures.
• Use chemicals correctly and wear the appropriate personal protective equipment.
