Job summary

Apleona is seeking a Chef Manager for the Magor site (NP26 3RA) to lead all catering, vending and hospitality services at the manufacturing site. You will also be hands-on with food preparation and work within the site management team.

The role requires previous management experience in catering/events, strong leadership and communication skills, plus a focus on health & safety. Training will be provided; typical hours are 37.5 per week, 06:30–14:30.

Qualifications

• Experience at a management level within a catering & events environment.
• Ability to demonstrate communication skills verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of health & safety, food safety and HACCP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all catering, vending and hospitality services provision; hands-on with food preparation.
• Support, develop and lead the site catering team to deliver high-quality service.
• Be an active member of the site management team with strong leadership.
