We are seeking a Catering and Bar Supervisor to join the Food Service and Catering Department at Leeds Conservatoire. Our department plays a vital role in enhancing the student experience. What You Will Do

• Assist the Catering and Bar Manager in the efficient operation of the catering service, adhering to service standards and financial regulations.
• Ensure prompt, efficient customer service and exceed expectations.
• Deputise for the Catering and Bar Manager when needed.
• Maintain a helpful attitude, knowledge of food items, and keep service areas clean and stocked.
• Handle clerical tasks, maintain records, complete paperwork, and update computer systems as directed.
• Operate an EPOS till system.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas.
• Adhere to food safety requirements and complete due diligence records accurately.

About You

• Up-to-date knowledge of catering and hospitality.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and supervisory experience in bar/catering.
• Experience using a till, handling cash and credit cards.
• Effective communication skills with team members and customers.
