We are seeking experienced Temporary Cover Catering Assistants to work in the Sunderland area – Paying £13.15 per hour – 7am to 3pm.

Job Specification:

1. Provide excellent food and beverage service with product knowledge and passion for what is being served.
2. Deliver efficient and effective service to customers, understanding their needs and working to exceed these where possible.
3. Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, committed, and flexible attitude towards customers and team members, recognizing the importance of effective team working.
4. Serve as a point of contact for customer enquiries, handling them to a successful outcome.
5. Serve hot and cold food.
6. Perform basic sandwich preparation.
7. Take responsibility for hospitality service, ensuring delivery and maintenance in line with company ‘best practice’ and current Health & Safety legislation.
8. Keep all working areas clean and tidy.
9. Assist the Chef as required.
10. Deliver hospitality to meetings and other areas within the building as needed.
11. Candidates should hold a minimum of Basic Food Hygiene Level 1.
