We are seeking experienced Temporary Cover Catering Assistants to work in the Sunderland area – paying £13.15 per hour – 7am to 3pm.

Job Specification:

1. To provide an excellent food and beverage service with product knowledge and passion for what is being served.
2. To provide an efficient and effective service to customers, understanding their needs and requirements, working to exceed these wherever possible.
3. To demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, committed and flexible attitude towards customers and other team members, recognising the importance and benefits of effective team working.
4. Provide point of contact for customer enquiries, dealing with these through to a successful outcome.
5. Serving hot and cold food.
6. Basic sandwich preparation.
7. Take responsibility for hospitality service, ensuring that the service is delivered and maintained in line with company ‘best practice’ and current Health & Safety legislation.
8. To keep all working areas clean and tidy.
9. Assisting Chef as and when required.
10. Deliver hospitality to meetings and other areas within the building as required.
11. Candidates should hold a minimum of Basic Food Hygiene Level 1.
