Holroyd Howe is seeking Catering Assistants to work at Brentwood School in a brand new Boarding House operation and cafe. This role covers front-of-house and back-of-house duties with 40 hours per week, term-time schedule, and a pay rate of £12.94 per hour.

The position supports the school's students, staff, and visitors in a dynamic catering environment. We are looking for engaging, flexible team members who can provide friendly service, maintain hygiene standards, and contribute to a welcoming

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or food service is preferred; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly and efficient service to students, staff, and visitors in the school
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, light snacks, and pre-prepared foods
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the café, including counters, seating, and equipment
• Restock supplies and ensure displays are well-presented and inviting
• Assist with general kitchen duties, including cleaning, washing up, mopping, stock count etc.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations at all times
• Provide excellent customer service, fostering a welcoming atmosphere in the café
• Support occasional school events or functions as required
• Assist with setting up and serving meals to pupils and staff
