Job summary

BaxterStorey is recruiting a Front of House Catering Restaurant Assistant for Amazon DSA6 in the UK. This part-time, temporary role offers 21 hours per week (9.00am - 4.30pm) across 3 days in a 7-day pattern, paying up to £12.99 per hour. You will support daily catering service, ensuring high food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

You will help lead a fast-paced team, maintain service standards, and contribute to efficient operations while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to support catering staff and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support catering staff during daily service.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered.
• Assist with food preparation, presentation and service.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist with cash handling and daily reporting where required.
• Help achieve financial targets and minimise waste.
