You will also assist the Duty Manager in driving sales, maximizing revenue opportunities and contributing to a friendly, efficient service for visitors and staff alike.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Catering Duty Manager, the Catering Assistants support the day to day running of the cafe, while assisting other team members in making a smooth and efficient working environment.
• The roles also assist the Catering Duty Manager in driving sales for the catering business, maximising revenue opportunities and enhancing the profit of the business.
