• Assist in the efficient operation and production of catering services for patients, staff and visitors.
• Check all kitchen areas at end of shift to ensure floors, surfaces, equipment, refuse bins and utensils are clean and stored correctly.
• Support the 7-day catering service that operates from 6am to 8pm.
• Follow policies and procedures and work as part of a team or independently as required.
• Assist with food storage checks to ensure compliance with departmental policy.
