We're looking for an enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our dedicated catering team at Nation Railway Museum. As a Catering Assistant, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful Catering Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with basic food production & preparation, customer service, and supporting operations while adhering to all Health and Food Safety requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Basic food preparation, counter set up, and serving of food and beverages
2. Ensuring the highest level of customer care is delivered to clients and customers
3. Demonstrating a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and striving to exceed customer expectations
4. Ensuring correct storage of food items and equipment after service
5. Assisting colleagues in a willing and positive manner, including helping with other duties as required
6. Complying with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards
