The Catering Assistant will support the Catering Supervisor and Event Supervisors in all on-site corporate events, ensuring adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assisting with event setup and breakdown, maintaining safety documentation, operating till systems, and ensuring food presentation standards are met. The role requires proactive problem-solving, teamwork, and a passion for customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event setup, service, and breakdown.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen, and health and safety regulations.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and support client requests.
• Document all safety and food handling procedures accurately.
