Job summary

United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is recruiting for enthusiastic catering team members to work across busy NHS cafes and restaurants. Two full-time posts and one 22.5-hour post are available; shifts vary 7am–8pm over a 7-day period.

Roles include serving, barista work, and food service with full training provided, plus enhanced weekend/bank holiday rates. We seek motivated individuals who thrive in busy environments, enjoy teamwork, and maintain high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is essential.
• Barista training desirable; training can be provided.
• Knowledge of HACCP and COSHH is advantageous.
• Excellent personal hygiene and customer care skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Serving customers with a smile and delivering excellent service.
• Making barista style drinks (full training provided).
• Preparing and serving food.
• Keeping areas stocked, clean, and welcoming.
• Supporting all areas of our retail catering team.
