Job summary

Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group is recruiting for its Lincoln County Hospital retail catering team. We’re seeking enthusiastic, flexible people to work across busy cafés and restaurants, delivering great service to patients, visitors and staff.

We have two full-time posts (37.5 hours) and one 22.5 hour post. Hours vary from 7am to 8pm over a 7‑day period; a typical shift is 7.5 hours. Weekend and bank holiday enhancements are available.

Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and customer service in a busy environment.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate required.
• Barista training provided (desirable).
• Understanding of HACCP and COSHH an advantage.

We’re recruiting enthusiastic, flexible team members to work across our busy cafés and restaurants. No two days are the same — you’ll be part of a fast-paced, friendly team delivering great service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) have come together in a Group arrangement, with the goal of improving the care provided to patients across the county.

This will not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but will bring the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospitals across Lincolnshire. Both Trusts will retain their separate statutory names and legal obligations.

The Group will be known as Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).
