Job summary

National Star is looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Catering Assistant to join our team providing a full catering service to our students.

You will perform various duties including some food preparation, serving food, keeping the equipment and work areas clean, assisting the chef with the smooth running of the area, and cash handling. Previous catering/kitchen experience is required; a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable.

Previous experience in a catering / kitchen assistant role(ideally in residential care or school environment) is required for this role and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable.
