Job summary

The Holt is seeking a Catering Assistant to join our school catering team and support the Catering Manager in delivering a smooth, high-quality service for students and staff.

You will help prepare and serve food, maintain hygiene standards, and provide excellent customer service. Training will be provided, with prior catering experience helpful but not required. Enthusiasm for working in a school environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to students and staff.
• Must be able to assist with basic food preparation (training provided).
• Commitment to maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
• Willing to undertake relevant training, including a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Enthusiastic about working in a school environment.
• Experience in catering or educational settings is advantageous but not essential.
