Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our Universities catering team in Worcester on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week. You will work as part of a friendly, busy team delivering exceptional customer experience and maintaining brand standards.

Key tasks include food preparation, counter displays, cash handling, and strict adherence to food safety and health & safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Able to work in a busy catering environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Creating attractive food and counter displays
• Representing Universities and maintaining a positive brand image
• Handling cash and operating the cash register

• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
