Aspens Services Ltd is seeking a Catering Assistant to support kitchen operations and deliver excellent service during lunchtimes at our school sites in Rugby and surrounding area.

We offer training, a friendly team, and predictable hours Monday to Friday during term time. The role emphasizes safety, hygiene, and customer-facing service with flexible hours and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or fast-paced service.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 is preferred, training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Customer interaction on tills during service with full training provided.
• Front-line service to students and staff with friendly, polite attention.

The role: As a Catering Assistant, you will be a vital part of the team, supporting our kitchen in basic food preparation and delivering excellent service that makes the lunchtime rush run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Working on the tills during service (don't worry, full training is provided!).
• Front-Line Service: Providing friendly, polite customer service to all students and staff.
