Job summary

Skilled Careers in Rochester, Kent is recruiting a reliable Catering Assistant to support a busy catering team on an ongoing basis. The role involves basic food preparation, serving and maintaining cleanliness across kitchens and dining areas.

You will follow all food hygiene and health & safety procedures. An Enhanced DBS and Basic Food Hygiene Certificate are essential, with immediate start and weekly pay available.

Qualifications

• Previous catering or cleaning experience preferred.

CATERING ASSISTANT REQUIRED

Location: Rochester, Kent

Duration: Ongoing work available

Shift Times: Monday to Sunday 8:30am – 2:30pm

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Catering Assistant to join a busy team in Rochester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the catering team, assisting with food preparation and ensuring that kitchen and dining areas are kept clean, tidy and hygienic.

Duties will include:

• Assisting with basic food preparation and serving.
• Cleaning kitchen and catering areas.
• Washing up and maintaining cleanliness throughout the site.
• Cleaning tables and dining areas.
• Following all food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Supporting the team with general duties as required.

Requirements:
