Job summary

Amey is recruiting a Catering Assistant for the Northampton account at Greenfields Specialist School for Communication. The role is on-site, 20 hours per week (10:00am–2:00pm), term-time only, with a 9-month fixed-term contract and a salary of £13.45 per hour.

You will assist with basic food prep, serving meals, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness within a school environment. Join a vibrant team delivering essential facilities services in Northampton.

Qualifications

• Basic preparation of food and drinks, including vegetables and snacks.
• Simple cooking of food (including heating and/or reconstitution of convenience foods and vegetables).
• Transportation and serving of meals (including packing/unpacking into containers).
• Washing up and clearing away equipment.
• Cleaning of the kitchen, its surrounds and the equipment.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Catering Assistant to join our Northampton account at Greenfields Specialist School for Communication, Prentice Ct, Northampton NN3 8XS - This role is on-site based and a9 month Fixed Term Contract.

The salary is £13.45 per hour

The hours of work will be 20 hours per week: 10:00am - 2:00pm Monday - Friday - This role will be term time only

What you will do:
