Job description

As a General Catering Assistant you will…

• Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas including organising dishes and utensils. This includes washing up, cleaning the kitchen, cleaning the floors and stacking chairs on tables.
• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
• Be flexible with a can-do attitude and customer-focused.
• Be fun and enthusiastic.
• Have excellent organization skills.
• Demonstrate great attention to detail.
• Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.

£11.44 per hour - part time, Monday to Friday 10:30-14:30 Term Time Only.
