Job summary

Jubilee Wood Primary School in Milton Keynes is seeking a Catering Assistant to join the school kitchen team. The role is permanent, term-time only, with 12.5 hours per week (11:30am–2:00pm).

Salary is £25,614 FTE and £7,443.07 actual; enhanced DBS check will be carried out. You will work with the School Cook and catering staff to support school meals, promote healthy options and maintain high food hygiene standards.

Thank you very much for your interest in the permanent Catering Assistant position at our school. Our school was judged as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in February 2022 with ‘Outstanding’ for Personal Development, and the new Catering Assistant will work closely with the School Cook and the rest of the catering staff to play their part in the continued success of our school.
