Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Catering Assistant to support nurseries, schools and colleges around the Bournville area on a temporary/agency basis. The role pays £12.85 per hour with weekly payments and flexible shifts, offering ongoing consultant support and DBS needs updated where required.

Work locally in Bournville with opportunities across the UK in a rewarding environment. You'll assist with meals, PPE, and food prep, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or F&B Assistant.
• Enhanced DBS certificate required.
• Level 1 Food Hygiene Certificate minimum.
• Food Allergen Certificate preferred.
• Benedict's Law Training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and serving meals and drinks.
• Deal with food prep (meat/veg/sauces).
• Keep kitchen and dining areas spotless and hygienic.

We are looking for Catering Assistants to support schools, colleges and nurseries around the Bournville areas on a temporary/agency basis covering holiday/sickness/vacancy cover.
