Job summary

Impact Food Group are recruiting a Catering Assistant for Dearham Primary School in Maryport. The role runs Monday to Friday with shifts from 9.15am to 1.15pm (20 hours per week), term time only, 38 weeks per year, based at the school. Salary is £10,676.40 per annum with a focus on friendly service and hygienic food handling.

You will join a catering team, assisting with food prep, serving customers, and maintaining tidy, safe dining and kitchen areas. A DBS check is required.

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly approach to others.
• Experience in catering or retail is desirable but not required.
