Job summary

2gether Support Solutions is seeking a Catering Assistant at QEQM Hospital in Margate to help keep staff, patients and visitors fed and cared for.

This permanent part-time role covers 28 hours over four 7-hour shifts, including every other weekend. You’ll work in the hospital canteen and kitchens delivering friendly service and maintaining high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and commitment to great customer service.
• Previous catering/hospitality/customer service experience is helpful but not essential – training provided.
• Team player who works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication with customers, colleagues and hospital staff.
• Proficient reading, verbal and written English for effective communication.

2gether Support Solutions is a Facilities and Estates services company providing support to healthcare professionals caring for over 2000 patients daily across multiple East Kent hospital sites. 2gether provides vital services including maintenance, cleaning, catering, procurement, logistics and much more.

Join our team at QEQM Hospital as a Catering Assistant and play a vital role in keeping staff, patients, and visitors fuelled and cared for every day. You’ll be at the heart of our hospital catering team, working in our busy canteen and kitchens to deliver excellent customer service, maintain the highest hygiene standards, and help create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

What we’re looking for:
