A leading health organization in Wales is seeking a dedicated individual to join their catering team. The role focuses on providing exceptional service while adhering to the highest standards of hygiene. The overall purpose of the job is to work as part of a team and be committed to providing the best quality catering service to patients and staff within the Trust.
To share learned best practices with others in developing catering services as changes are made over time, allowing the department and individuals to react to changing needs.
Department working hours are predominantly between :am to :pm and :pm to :pm over days, involving some weekend work and various shift patterns including early and late shifts as required. The pay rate will increase for hours worked on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays.
You must have good communication skills, as you will be working within the kitchen and serving food at ward level. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work flexibly and independently.
You will hold a current level 2 food hygiene certificate or be willing to work towards this qualification. Catering experience is essential for this position.
This is a permanent contract.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally encouraged to apply.
