Job summary

A charitable organization is looking for a Catering Assistant to join their team in the City Of Westminster. The role involves training and supporting individuals with learning disabilities in a café environment. The ideal candidate will have previous front of house café experience, enjoy teamwork, and possess a positive attitude towards those with learning disabilities. The role:

We are currently seeking a Catering Assistant for an exciting opportunity to join our team.

The Catering Assistant will support and train people with a learning disability, whilst working in this unique café environment. You will work as part of a dynamic team, to provide a professional service, delivering high quality food and coffee to our customers.

The ideal candidate will:

• Previous front of house cafe experience
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Highly person-centred, with a positive attitude towards people with learning disabilities
• Enthusiastic about training people with a learning disability
