Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Catering Assistant to join a dynamic team in the United Kingdom. The role offers opportunities for growth within a company that values individuality and invests in its employees, with a 39.2 weeks per year contract and shifts of 3 days in a 7-day cycle.

You will help feed people across around 6,000 venues, deliver excellent customer service, prepare food, display items attractively, handle transactions, and uphold the highest hygiene standards in a fast-paced

Please note: This role is contracted to 39.2 weeks per year

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Crafting eye-catching food and counter displays that draw customers in
• Proudly representing Chartwells and and embodying our positive brand image
• Handling transactions with ease and operating the cash register efficiently
• Upholding the highest standards of Food Handling & Hygiene
• Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to Health & Safety regulations
