Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is hiring a Catering Assistant to join a fast-paced, friendly team across thousands of venues. You will help prepare delicious food, create appealing displays, handle transactions, and uphold safety and hygiene standards.

We value a positive attitude, excellent customer service, teamwork, and the ability to thrive under pressure. This full-time role offers 41.2 weeks per year with 5 out of 7 shifts and clear opportunities for progression and development.

Please note: This role is contracted to 41.2 weeks per year

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Crafting eye-catching food and counter displays that draw customers in
• Proudly representing Chartwells and and embodying our positive brand image
• Handling transactions with ease and operating the cash register efficiently
• Upholding the highest standards of Food Handling & Hygiene
• Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to Health & Safety regulations
