Role Overview: Catering Assistant

Supporting our Catering Manager, you will:

• Deliver attentive and considerate customer service
• Complete mandatory and company training
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work and customer areas
• Ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Understand the importance of food safety and health & safety standards
• Be eager to learn and work well within a dynamic team
• Follow instructions and make decisions for customer benefit
• Catering experience is preferred, but a positive attitude is essential
