Job summary

Compass Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to be the face of our healthcare hospitality team on a full‑time basis (37.5 hours per week). You will join a fast‑paced, guest‑focused team that prides itself on service, brand integrity and staff development.

The role requires a cheerful presence, a proactive attitude, and strong communication to deliver memorable experiences while upholding food handling, hygiene and safety standards across all service moments.
