Job summary

Daytona Motorsport in Esher is seeking a Catering Assistant to support day-to-day catering operations during racing events. You will help prepare and serve food, maintain hygiene standards, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced venue.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required, with opportunities to develop skills in live events and high-volume service. This role is based at Daytona Sandown Park, Esher.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen, catering or food service is desirable.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
