Job summary

Aramark UK is hiring two Hospitality Assistants to join the team at New College Doncaster, DN9 3HG. The role is permanent, Mon-Fri, 30 hours per week, 8am-2pm, term-time only, with free meals on shift and full training provided.

You will deliver food and beverages, deliver excellent customer service, keep areas clean, set up meeting spaces, and support the daily operations while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food, snacks and beverages to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and enquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across hospitality areas, kitchens, and function rooms.
• Set up meeting and event rooms with refreshments, catering items, and required equipment.
• Clear tables and collect used crockery, glassware, and service items after use.
• Wash, clean, and return crockery, cutlery, and serving equipment to designated areas.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels of food, beverages, and hospitality supplies.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of hospitality services while ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
