Job summary

Compass Group UK&I Defence division is seeking a Customer Services Assistant on a zero-hours basis to support operations across Defence sites. You will handle customer transactions, assist with food preparation, and help maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

This casual role offers shifts on a flexible, zero-hours pattern. The ideal candidate will bring a can-do attitude, customer-focused approach, and the ability to work well under pressure, with prior catering or service

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Customer Services Assistant (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.
