Job summary

Compass Group UK&I Defence division is seeking a Catering Assistant in Exmouth to join a busy, customer-focused team delivering meals to defence facilities. You will support food preparation, displays, and front-of-house service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a can-do attitude, reliability, and a passion for excellent customer service. It is a full-time position contracted to 37.5 hours per week and 49.2 weeks per year, with opportunities for progression within a people-focused
