Job summary

Compass Group UK & I in Cambridge is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to join Medirest, delivering high standards of cleaning across healthcare facilities. The role is 12 hours per week with weekend shifts and requires a reliable, customer-focused approach.

You will perform routine cleaning, maintain sanitised areas, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for staff and visitors. This position offers flexible hours and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining a wide range of areas within the building
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Ensuring all areas are clean, presentable and safe for visitors by following the required policies and procedures
• Following all health & safety guidelines when using equipment

Please note: This role is contracted to weeks per year

Key Responsibilities
