Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Catering Assistant to join our team at Winchester House School, Brackley. The role involves performing manual tasks associated with food production and service in a friendly and efficient manner.

1. Assist in the preparation of food and snacks.
2. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen and restaurant areas.
3. Provide a hygienic, friendly, and efficient service to all customers.
4. Ensure prompt and efficient service, exceeding customer expectations.
5. Remain customer-focused by being visible, approachable, and responsive to customer needs.
6. Display a helpful attitude, acquire knowledge of food items, and keep service areas clean and stocked.
7. Treat team members with respect and cooperation.
8. Participate in food safety, health and safety, and environmental training as required.
9. Follow cleaning schedules diligently.

Working Hours

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12:30 pm - 7:30 pm.
