Job summary

Impact Food Group (IFG) is a leading school food provider in England, serving around one million students daily across 1,500+ schools. The Catering Assistant role at High March School Beaconsfield offers 20 hours per week, Mon-Fri, with shifts from 10:30am to 2:30pm.

A DBS check is required and training opportunities are available. You’ll help deliver fresh, well-presented meals, maintain a clean kitchen and dining area, and provide friendly service to students and staff.

About the role

Job Title: Catering Assistant

School Location: High March School, Beaconsfield, HP9 2PZ

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shifts & Working hours: 10.30am-2.30pm (20 hours per week)

Working Weeks: 39weeks per year

Pay Details: £11,601.40 per Annum

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Catering Assistant, you’ll support our high-standard catering teams, helping deliver fresh, beautifully presented meals to students in ourindependentschools.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving meals and snacks to a high standard
• Assisting with plating, presentation, and counter service
• Supporting the kitchen team with food prep
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen and dining area
• Providing friendly and professional service to all students and staff

What we’re looking for:

• Experience incatering or hospitality (School catering is prefereable but not essential)
• A passion for food and high standards
• Teamwork skills and reliability
• Flexible approach to working hours to support school schedules
