Job summary

Impact Food Group (IFG) is recruiting a Catering Assistant for St Lawrence Primary School in Leatherhead. This part-time role runs 10.30am-1.50pm, Monday to Friday, 16 hours per week during 37 weeks of term time.

You will join the catering team to provide friendly, efficient service, assist in food preparation, serve customers, operate the till, and keep kitchen and dining areas clean and safe. A DBS check will be paid for; safeguarding pupils is a priority.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or retail helpful
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work term-time only and mornings/afternoons

About the role

Job Title: Catering Assistant

School Location: St Lawrence Primary School , Leatherhead, KT24 5JP

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shifts & Working hours: 10.30am-1.50pm (16hours per week)

Working Weeks: 37weeks per year (term time only)

Pay Details: £8,337per Annum

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work as part of the catering team to provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service.
• Assist in preparing food and snacks for the site.

• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
