Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group at Buckingham Lodge, Aylesbury, is seeking a Catering Assistant to join a supportive team delivering nutritious meals for residents. This 30-hour role requires regular weekend work and a commitment to high standards.

You’ll assist with meal prep and service, maintain health and hygiene rules, minimise waste, and support colleagues. Level 2 Food Safety preferred; COSHH knowledge and kitchen experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH procedures.
• Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment.
• Experience working with older people is ideal, but not essential.

Responsibilities
