Job summary

Coventry City Council is inviting applications for a Catering Assistant at Coundon Primary School. You will join a busy kitchen team, delivering school dinners to the children in a friendly, supportive environment. The role is term-time only with hours from 11:30 am to 1:45 pm daily.

Coundon Primary School is looking to appoint a Catering Assistant to work as part of a busy team in our fast-paced school kitchen.

You will work alongside out Catering Team, delivering school dinners to the children at Coundon Primary School, in a fun and friendly manner.

The role is term-time only and the hours of work are 11.30am until 1.45pm daily.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in basic food handling in either a working or non-working environment.


• Is aware of Catering Procedures and Health and Safety requirements.


• Can work independently and as part of a team.
