Job summary

Bucks Students' Union is seeking a Catering and Hospitality Manager to support the Head of Catering and Hospitality in delivering food and beverage services across three sites.

You will manage an operation with around £1m annual turnover and a team of about 30 colleagues, ensuring exceptional customer experience while balancing commercial sustainability with reinvestment for student benefits. This is a permanent, full-time role based at the High Wycombe Campus, with opportunities for progression.
