Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to multiple departments, prioritising tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, filing, and general office management duties.
Support materials, resources, and facilities organisation; liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and documentation following organisational procedures and health & safety rules.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support company objectives.
