Bramwith Consulting is seeking a Category Manager – Food Procurement for a remote UK role with travel. You will own key Food categories, shaping strategies and engaging senior stakeholders to influence supplier markets.
Candidates with strong Food procurement experience and a proactive, strategic mindset will be considered for this opportunity, which offers up to £70,000 plus a comprehensive package.
I’m recruiting for an exciting Category Manager – Food Procurement opportunity with a major global organisation undergoing significant procurement transformation.
This is far more than a traditional buying role. You’ll have the opportunity to take genuine ownership of key Food categories, shaping category strategy and working with senior stakeholders to influence how the organisation approaches its supplier markets.
Importantly, my client is very open to up-and-coming procurement talent. You don’t necessarily need to already be operating at Category Manager level – if you have strong Food procurement experience, good commercial foundations and are ready to step up into a more strategic role, they would be very interested in speaking with you.
They are looking for someone with Food Procurement experience, strong commercial and negotiation capability and the confidence to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
This could be a particularly exciting opportunity for an ambitious Buyer / Senior Buyer looking to step up, or an established Category Manager looking for greater strategic ownership and long-term progression.
There is a real focus on identifying and developing talent, with opportunities to progress into broader and more senior procurement roles in the future.
