Genuit Group's Polypipe Civils division is seeking an experienced Product/Category Manager to own strategy and end-to-end performance across markets. You will build roadmaps, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth through lifecycle management.
You will lead cross-functional teams, shape pricing, develop NPD, and ensure regulatory compliance while building stakeholder relationships across UK sites.

Role Overview To own the end-to-end performance and strategy of a defined product or category across all markets and sales channels, ensuring the portfolio delivers sustainable revenue growth, margin expansion, and competitive differentiation throughout the product / category lifecycle. To establish and deliver defined and structured product / category roadmaps identifying both current and future market opportunities and owning the process from innovation, go to market, marketing, production and end of life.
