Job summary

Perrigo is seeking a Category Development Insights Manager in London to lead market reporting and data-driven insights across our consumer health portfolio.

You will own analytical capability, deliver monthly and weekly insights, and work closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance to inform commercial decisions. Hybrid working with strong data literacy and leadership responsibilities are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Category Management roles using market data (Kantar/Nielsen/Circana) & retailer data (AdCard, Dunnhumby).
• Expert in Excel and creating Power BI reports.
• Ability to interpret data and make commercial recommendations.
• Senior stakeholder management – internal and external (agencies).

Responsibilities

• Own market reporting and insights: deliver monthly/weekly reports for online and traditional markets.
• Champion data: drive data literacy and self-service culture across the business.
• Leverage cross-functional relationships: coordinate insights projects with Sales, Marketing, Finance and agencies.
• Lead and develop the Category Management/CSI team and coach partners on data use and insights.
