Aston Manor Cider is seeking a Category & Insights Lead to own the category story with major retail partners.

You will turn shopper data into range proposals, drive range reviews and co-create category plans with Account and Trade. You’ll translate insight into actions that land on shelf and grow the whole category.

One day a week in Aston, Birmingham. Salary £47,500 plus £4,800 car allowance and bonus.

Qualifications

• Grocery or FMCG category/insight experience using market and shopper data (IRI, Nielsen, Kantar, EPOS).
• Ideally experience with Top 4 grocers; other retailers considered.
• Proven ability to present, influence and organise across multiple accounts.

Responsabilités

• Owning category performance across a portfolio of retail accounts and delivering real, incremental growth.
• Building range proposals, presentations and activation plans to get customers to say yes.
• Managing range review calendars, EPOS trends, distribution gaps and deadlines.
• Co-creating joint category plans with Account and Trade and turning them into on-shelf actions.
• Turning market data into weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that stakeholders read.
• Assessing what worked and advising Sales, Marketing and Trade on next steps.
