Bacardi in the United Kingdom is seeking a Category Strategy & Insights leader to partner with Off Trade retailers to understand business objectives and help define where Bacardi can play a role in achieving them.

You will analyze data, forecast trends, and drive category growth with Sales, Marketing, and RGM teams. This role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven storytelling, and shaping shopper-focused strategies across Spirits, Vermouth, and RTDs.

Formación

• Experience turning data into actionable insights for commercial growth.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and with customers.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using syndicated data.
• Experience with Nielsen/IRI/Kantar or loyalty data is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be the expert voice on market, category, and shopper trends across Spirits, Vermouth, and RTDs.
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Analyse syndicated data and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
• Forecast trends and identify risks and opportunities within the portfolio by customer.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, delivering joint business plans and category growth initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RGM teams to develop sell stories and execution plans.
• Lead range reviews, assortment planning, and planogram development to optimize shelf presence.
• Deliver merchandising and promotional strategies that enhance category performance.
